Client-specific research and advice. These services use the core competence in standards and testing reflected in our web-based services. Clients are in both the private-sector and government.

Research may go into more depth into how regulations work and how the market is responding to deregulation or to new certification systems.

Advice may deal with how to respond to changes in regulations, standards, supporting systems such as certification and marking, and how to use those changes to optimum effect, for example in e-commerce.
